Why online yoga
Over the years, Sri Soham has met many individuals who deeply wish to practise yoga, improve their health, and experience his teachings, but are unable to attend regular classes due to busy schedules, family responsibilities, professional commitments, or geographical distance.
Recognizing these challenges, Sri Soham envisioned Yoga for All — an online yoga initiative designed to bring the practice of yoga into people’s everyday lives, regardless of where they live or how busy their schedules may be.
Rooted in traditional yogic wisdom and guided by his experience in yoga, naturopathy, and holistic wellness, this program aims to help individuals develop a consistent yoga practice, improve physical strength and flexibility, manage everyday stress, and cultivate greater balance in body and mind.
For Sri Soham, yoga is not merely a physical exercise or a one-hour class. It is a way of life.
Through Yoga for All, his vision is to make this journey accessible to everyone — whether they are taking their first steps into yoga, returning after a long break, or seeking to deepen their existing practice.
With live online sessions, experienced teachers, and flexible opportunities to practise, Yoga for All brings the guidance of Sri Soham and his teaching team closer to you.
No matter where you are, what your responsibilities are, or where you stand in your yoga journey — there is a place for you here.
Your time. Your space. Your yoga journey.
